Hello Splinterlands Community! Playing Splinterlands is not the only key to be happy and grateful. Since I have the skills in digital illustration I will continue my goal to make art collection containing Splinterlands characters with a twist. Today I'm proud to present my first fan art. I choose the Animated Corpse because it's quite complex to draw a zombie and it will definitely challenge me to show variety of techniques.
Before anything else, this is the result of my fan art. Signature is located on the upper left corner of a 1536 × 2048 canvas. I use ibisPaint X application to create this one.
The first step I've made is to create outlines using or simply called a sketch. It looks messy but that is intentionally drawn for a complex character.
Then I started to color the body with the correct pigment.
Next, the garments and I draw a line at the back for background preparation.
Then the background is now arranged and complemented from the theme.
The final stage is cleaning, adding some attributions, twists, designs, and some shades.
