I just think the daily quest rewards are hit and miss. I forget the math of how they spread them around but its just the roll of the dice basically. I see other's in lower leagues than I who get new cards almost every day while I get potions and low DEC. A friend got 2k DEC in their end of season rewards, then got 2k DEC as a daily quest reward a couple days later. They are Bronze max.
