Hola amigos de hive blog, en mi publicación anterior les comenté que el año pasado viví mi despertar espiritual. Pero me imagino que muchos quedaron con la incógnita de que es o sobre que se trata, es por ello que me anime a realizar este post explicando un poco más sobre este tema y que les aseguro cuanto más indaguen a profundidad, más se darán cuenta de que todos vivimos esta experiencia una y otra vez, pero siempre habrá una que se vivirá con mayor intensidad.
Hello friends of hive blog, in my previous post I told you that last year I lived my spiritual awakening. But I imagine that many were left with the mystery of what it is or what it is about, that is why I decided to make this post explaining a little more about this topic and I assure you that the more you investigate in depth, the more you will realize that we all live this experience again and again, but there will always be one that will be lived with greater intensity.
¿Que es el Despertar Espiritual o Viaje del Héroe? // What is Spiritual Awakening or Hero's Journey?
El despertar espiritual o como también es conocido el viaje del héroe. Se trata de una teoría explicada por primera vez en el año 1949 por el mitógrafo Joseph Campbell en su libro “El héroe de las mil caras”. En el cual explica originalmente sobre las 12 etapas del viaje del Héroe que son:
1- El mundo ordinario.
2- La llamada a la aventura.
3- Rechazo de la llamada.
4- Encuentro con el mentor.
5- Travesía del umbral.
6- Pruebas, aliados y enemigos.
7- Acercamiento.
8- Prueba suprema.
9- Recompensa.
10- El camino de vuelta.
11- La resurrección.
12- El regreso.
Aunque con el pasar de los años estas etapas sean logrado transformar en 5 etapas. Estas son:
1-El Llamado.
2-La Noche Oscura del Alma.
3-El Tesoro.
4-El Ermitaño.
5-Materialización.
The spiritual awakening or as it is also known the hero's journey. It is a theory explained for the first time in 1949 by the mythographer Joseph Campbell in his book The Hero with a Thousand Faces. In which he originally explains about the 12 stages of the Hero's Journey which are:
1- The ordinary world.
2- The call to adventure.
3- Rejection of the call.
4- Encounter with the mentor.
5- Crossing the threshold.
6- Tests, allies and enemies.
7- Approach.
8- Supreme test.
9- Reward.
10- The way back.
11- Resurrection.
12- The return.
Although with the passing of the years these stages have been transformed into 5 stages. These are:
1-The Calling.
2-The Dark Night of the Soul.
3-The Treasure.
4-The Hermit.
5-Materialization.
Yo me enfocare en las cinco fases para no hacerlo tan extenso.
1-El Llamado:
puede suceder de varias maneras en mi caso sucedió cuando estaban ocurriendo varios cambios en mi vida y en el momento en el que tenía que tomar varias decisiones importantes a la vez, que nos obligan a tener que salir de nuestra zona de confort. Es por ello que tratamos de buscar ayuda espiritual hasta el nivel de querer saber más sobre el tema. En esta etapa de nuestras vidas siempre vamos a tener a una persona que nos ayuda o nos sirve de guía espiritual esa persona que nos escucha y nos ayuda a canalizar todos nuestros temores, preparándonos a enfrentarnos a dar ese gran paso en nuestra vida. Agradezco mucho a mi hermana de alma Ceci quien me dio fortaleza y me ayudo a ver diferentes perspectivas en mi toma de decisiones.
I will focus on the five phases so as not to make it so extensive.
1-The Call: it can happen in several ways, in my case it happened when several changes were happening in my life and at the moment when I had to make several important decisions at the same time, which force us to leave our comfort zone. That is why we try to seek spiritual help to the level of wanting to know more about it. At this stage of our lives we will always have a person who helps us or serves us as a spiritual guide that person who listens to us and helps us to channel all our fears, preparing us to face that big step in our life. I am very grateful to my soul sister Ceci who gave me strength and helped me to see different perspectives in my decision making.
2-La Noche Oscura del Alma:
Es el proceso por el cual muchos pasamos y llamamos crisis existenciales. Para algunos se les hace fácil transcurrir esta fase mientras que a otros les cuesta un poco más y necesitan de algún tipo de ayuda. En este momento nos empezamos como en especie de auto evaluarnos, nos convertimos en nuestro mayor crítico buscando nuestros puntos débiles y fuertes. En este punto nos enfrentarnos a ciertos obstáculos, así como, también nos daremos cuenta de quienes son las personas que realmente están allí para ayudarnos o perjudicarnos.
2-The Dark Night of the Soul: is the process that many of us go through and call existential crisis. For some it is easy to go through this phase while for others it is a little more difficult and they need some kind of help. At this point we begin to sort of self-evaluate ourselves, we become our own biggest critic looking for our weaknesses and strengths. At this point we will face certain obstacles, as well as, we will also realize who are the people who are really there to help or hurt us.
3-El Tesoro:
Es el momento en el cual nos entregamos enteramente a la Fé, dejamos que todo se de manera tranquila, fluida y en paz. Que las cosas sucedan como tengan que suceder, soltamos todo aquello que sentimos que de una u otra forma nos están restando energía y tiempo. Y es solo aquí en donde nos damos cuenta de nuestras habilidades únicas enfrentándonos a nuestros temores, empezamos a confiar en nosotros mismos. Dejamos de resistirnos a las cosas que suceden en nuestro entorno y simplemente las aceptamos con gratitud. Esta habilidad que adquirimos en este momento nos servirá no solo para ayudarnos a nosotros mismos, sino que también nos servirá para ayudar a las demás personas.
3-The Treasure: it is the moment in which we give ourselves entirely to Faith, we let everything happen in a calm, fluid and peaceful way. Let things happen as they have to happen, we let go of everything that we feel that in one way or another is taking away our energy and time. And it is only here that we realize our unique abilities by facing our fears, we begin to trust ourselves. We stop resisting the things that happen around us and simply accept them with gratitude. This ability that we acquire at this moment will serve us not only to help ourselves, but will also serve us to help other people.
4-El Ermitaño:
En esta fase ya somos conscientes de que estamos atravesando por un despertar espiritual, de que estamos atravesando cambios tanto físicos, mentales y energéticos. Tanto así que nos retraemos del mundo en el que vivimos, nos sumergimos tanto en nosotros mismos que nos apartamos inconscientemente de todo lo que nos rodea, de personas y lugares. A mí personalmente me sucedió que llegue a un punto en que percibía las malas vibras de ciertas personas a tal nivel que prefería irme del lugar donde esa persona se encontraba y la evitaba.
4-The Hermit: in this phase we are already aware that we are going through a spiritual awakening, that we are going through physical, mental and energetic changes. So much so that we withdraw from the world in which we live, we become so immersed in ourselves that we unconsciously withdraw from everything around us, from people and places. It happened to me personally that I reached a point where I perceived the bad vibes of certain people to such a level that I preferred to leave the place where that person was and avoided them.
5-Materialización:
En esta última etapa, trata de convertirnos en seres de luz y materializar o atraer a nuestra vida plena en gratitud la abundancia. Poniendo en marcha nuestras habilidades y haciéndonos conscientes de nuestras responsabilidades materiales sin dejar de lado nuestra energía divina o espiritual, aplicando lo que es la ley de la atracción, visualizando aquello que deseamos materializar, nuestro deseo ardiente. Es aquí donde todo poco a poco se nos va dando y a su vez vamos ayudando a los demás a medida que nosotros avanzamos. Nos volvemos agentes inspiradores para los demás. En lo personal me di cuenta que todo se me fue dando de manera fluida y en abundancia, pude inspirar a otras personas inconscientemente tanto en mi trabajo como en mi familia.
5-Materialization: in this last stage, it is about becoming beings of light and materializing or attracting abundance to our life full of gratitude. Putting our abilities into action and becoming conscious of our material responsibilities without leaving aside our divine or spiritual energy, applying what is the law of attraction, visualizing what we wish to materialize, our burning desire. It is here where everything little by little is given to us and in turn we are helping others as we move forward. We become inspiring agents for others. Personally I realized that everything came to me in a fluid and abundant way, I was able to inspire other people unconsciously both in my work and in my family.
Sé que dije que este despertar me sucedió el año pasado, pero realmente este proceso lo viví en el transcurso de los dos últimos años, cuando tome la decisión de soltar cargas ajenas a mí y tome la decisión de emigrar, aun si esto significaba ser la mala del cuento para muchas personas. Fue entonces cuando comprendí que estaba pasando por este proceso y lo finalicé en si el año pasado a mediados del mes de junio- julio, cuando empecé a leer un libro llamado “Mujeres que corren con los lobos de: Clarissa Pinkola Estés” (se los recomiendo). Aún sigo aprendiendo a desaprender muchas cosas, ya que es lo en ocasiones debemos hacer para poder transmutar para lograr ser mejor persona cada día.
I know I said that this awakening happened to me last year, but I really lived this process in the course of the last two years, when I made the decision to let go of burdens that were foreign to me and made the decision to emigrate, even if it meant being the bad guy for many people. It was then when I understood that I was going through this process and I finished it last year in the middle of June-July, when I started reading a book called "Women who run with the wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés" (Clarissa Pinkola Estés): Clarissa Pinkola Estés" (I recommend it to you). I am still learning to unlearn many things, as this is what we sometimes have to do to transmute in order to be a better person every day.
