that the gods of Olympus
took a long leap

a las cumbres del Olimpo
Zeus está preocupado
por la situación fiscal
los precios en estampida
con los dioses desempleados
y hasta llegan refugiados
de la Troya destruida

to the summits of Olympus
Zeus is worried
about the fiscal situation
prices in stampede
with the gods unemployed
and even refugees arrive
from the destroyed Troy

por los caminos de Tebas

apoyo de sus hermanos
amigos y emparentados.
No todos están dispuestos
y su paciencia se irrita:
-¡Van a quedar todos muertos
si siguen la guachafita
igualito que los humanos!

The Cronida requests
support from his brothers
friends and relatives.
Not all of them are willing
and his patience is irritated:

if they follow the fun party
