Por el problema de sanidad la cúal vive el país , nace la iniciativa por un grupo de estudiantes del colegio Fe y Alegría en crear un gel antibacterial con materiales de facil acceso.

La misma viene dada por la bioseguridad que se emplea en el colegio por el tema pandemia, las clase se vienen dando con toda la normalidad posible, pero el cuidado es fundamental para todos los que hacen vida en ella.

Es por ello, que los estudiantes decidieron elaborar un gel a base de aloe vera y con fragancia de naranja. Para realizarlo, seleccionaron 10 pencas de la planta, la misma la dejarón reposar por 2 días para liberar el yodo, al pasar el tiempo se corto la piel extrayendo de él todo el cristal.

Por otra parte , la fragancia la obtuvierón de las cascaras de naranja, para ello se seleccionaron 3 naranjas y extrajerón las cascaras, la misma la picarón y colocarón en un recipiente de vidrio con tapa y le añadieron suficiente alcohol, la dejarón reposar por 2 días y al transcurrir ese tiempo destaparon el recipiente para liberar el alcohol y dejar la fragancia.
On the other hand, the fragrance was obtained from the orange peels, for this 3 oranges were selected and the peels were extracted, the same was chopped and placed in a glass container with a lid and they added enough alcohol, they let it rest for 2 days and at the end of that time they uncovered the container to release the alcohol and leave the fragrance.
Luego, procedieron añadir en la licuadora los cristales para así centrifugar y filtrar, seguidamente le añadierón 5 gotas de glicerina, 1 ml de frangancia y el alcohol isopropilico para asi obtner el gel deseado.

Cabe resaltar, que los estudiantes usaron los cristales de Aloe vera para darle al producto la vizcocidad deseada, mientras que el alcohol les permitio desinfectar y eliminar los microorganismos, la glicerina es usada para hidratar la piel y por ultimo seleccionaron la fragancia extraida de la naraja por que les brindará a la persona vitamina C. Además,tienen propiedades revitalizantes para llenar de energía y neutralizar el estrés.

Esta idea no solo les permitio ayudar a la comunidad educativa, conocer metódos y técnicas de laboratorio, si no también mostrar esta propuesta a nivel circuital ya que tuvieron la oportunidad de presentarla en el concurso de Cs Naturales.
