Beautiful "cortejo" flowers adorn the community

Catharanthus roseus
Catharanthus roseus, this is the scientific name of this beautiful flower from Madagascar. This beautiful flower usually can be found in bushes, these flowers consist of a crown of up to 5 centimetres in diameter formed by five petals, really a very beautiful plant, unfortunately it is a plant that is threatened: the main cause is the loss of their habitat by clearing and burning forests for agriculture and livestock, something very unfortunate that because of the same human being nature and the environment is being lost. However, this species is widely cultivated and naturalised in large subtropical and tropical areas of the world.
Crops and uses of "Cortejo"
According to my research on this beautiful plant, it is a plant that is normally grown as an ornamental plant, it is a very decorative and beautiful plant and does not take up much space when growing. This plant is highly appreciated thanks to its resistance to dry conditions and nutrient shortages, withstanding temperatures from 5º to 7º C. These beautiful flowers are usually selected for their longer flowering period, all year round in tropical conditions, from early spring to late autumn in temperate climates, really a very incredible plant, despite its small size capacity and nutrient scarcity, if it is a very strong plant, it reminds me that in this life there is no test so hard that we can not overcome.

No doubt I was not going to miss the opportunity to take a section of photos to this beautiful plant, that in my innocence at the time I took the pictures, I had no idea of the incredible characteristics of this beautiful flower, I was totally surprised and fascinated after doing this research, plus this flora is known by various names such as: chavelita, la flor del príncipe, cortejo, vinca, hierba doncella, primorosa, among other names, names that really represent this beautiful flower, no doubt I take a beautiful experience with this flower that adorn the streets of my community. It is good that some neighbours care about nature and plant this type of flowers that adorn the streets in a very beautiful way.

Catharanthus roseus
Catharanthus roseus, este es el nombre científico que lleva esta hermosa flor proveniente de Madagascar. Esta hermosa flor usualmente se pueden encontrar en arbustos, estas flores constan de una corona de hasta 5 centímetros de diámetro formada por cinco pétalos, realmente una planta muy hermosa, lamentablemente es una planta que se encuentra amenazada: la principal causa es por la pérdida de su hábitat mediante el desbroce y quema los bosques para dedicarlos a la agricultura y la ganadería, algo muy lamentable de que por culpa del mismo ser humano la naturaleza y el medio ambiente se esté perdiendo. Sin embargo esta especie se encuentra cultivada ampliamente y está naturalizada en amplias áreas subtropicales y tropicales del mundo.
Cultivos y usos de planta “Cortejo”
Según mi investigación sobre esta preciosa planta, es una planta que normalmente se cultiva como una planta ornamental, es una planta muy decorativa y hermosa, además de que no conlleva mucho espacio a la hora de su crecimiento. Esta planta se le aprecia mucho gracias a su resistencia en condiciones secas y en escasez de nutrientes, soportan temperaturas de 5º a 7º C. Estas hermosas flores se seleccionan habitualmente por su periodo de floración más prolongado, todo el año en condiciones tropicales, desde los inicios de la primavera hasta finales de otoño en climas templados, realmente una planta muy increíble, a pesar de su pequeña capacidad de tamaño y escasez de nutrientes, si es una planta muy fuerte, me hace recordar que en esta vida no hay prueba tan dura que no podamos superar.

Sin dudas no iba a desaprovechar la oportunidad de tomarle una sesión de fotos a esta hermosa planta, que en mi inocencia en el momento que le tomé las fotografías, no tenía ni idea de las increíbles características de esta hermosa flor, quede totalmente sorprendido y fascinado luego de realizar esta investigación, además de que esta flora es conocida por diversos nombres como: chavelita, la flor del príncipe, cortejo, vinca, hierba doncella, primorosa, entre otros nombres, nombres que realmente representan a esta hermosa flor, sin dudas me llevo una hermosa experiencia con esta flor que adornan las calles de mi comunidad. Que bueno que algunos vecinos se preocupen por la naturaleza y planten este tipo de flores que adornan de una manera muy hermosa las calles.
