Luego de cuatro meses de haber culminado mis rotaciones como estudiante de enfermeria, ahora me visto de blanco por primera vez, he decicido comenzar a laborar en el servicio de medicina interna del Hospital Central Antonio Maria Pineda.
Ayer fue mi primera vez en el servicio, realice una guardia de 18 horas, pude conocer el personal que labora alli ademas de como se maneja el servicio.
En el servicio podemos encontrar la unidad de cronicos tanto de mujeres como hombres, y la unidad de agudo y sub-agudo, en esta area los pacientes se encuentran bajo monitoreo continuo.
Las enfermeras del servicio son excelentes, muy serviciales y dispuestas a enseñar siempre, me senti a gusto con el grupo.
En este servicio podemos encontrar pacientes con diferentes patologias, entre ellas resaltan; enfermedades renales, infecciones respiratorias, enfermedad vascular cerebral, diabetes mellitus, encefalopatias, infecciones del tracto urinario, entre muchas mas.
En esta nueva etapa como enfermera estoy dispuesta a reforzar conocimientos y a aprender cada dia cosas nuevas, me siento muy feliz por iniciar nuevamente.
