Muy buen saludo a todos, antes cuando estaba en Colombia a esta planta se le llamaba papaya pues allá le llaman así, acá en Venezuela se le llama lechosa, es una planta que da un fruto verde alargado ovalado que sirve para hacer jugo y dulce cuando está en su estado de madurez la gente también la come picada en trozos con azúcar, en el caso de mi abuela ella la usa para hacer dulce molido pues con ese dulce rellena las catalinas que ella utiliza para vender, la verdad el dulce es realmente divino a mí me encanta y a mi esposo también, pero lo más divino es cuando lo comes relleno en las catalinas, esta planta que ven aquí en las fotos está en el patio de mi casa y está pequeña pero cuando sea grande sé que tendrá varios frutos de los cuales me voy a beneficiar porque voy a hacer un dulce realmente bueno como el que hace mi abuela.
