Cuando eres estudiante de Odontología y llega el momento de ser operador, donde ya debes tener tus propios pacientes y realizar diversos tratamientos debes buscar tus propios pacientes, realmente es un gran reto, representa gran estrés total puesto que tus calificaciones y aprobar va depender de algún paciente, es por ello que más allá de que el paciente pueda tener todos los tratamientos a realizar en boca debe poseer mucha responsabilidad un valor que muchas personas no tienen, un estudiante nunca se puede apreciar ante las personas como desesperado puesto que el paciente va querer que podamos costear los gastos esenciales como historia clínica y radiografía panorámica.

Aveces como estudiantes cometemos como error decirle al paciente que atendemos gratis y pues esto no es así ya que el paciente tiene como deber costear gasto de radiografía panorámica y historia clínica, también ayudarnos a pagar las consultas, puesto que estos son gastos esenciales además en una clínica cualquier tratamientos odontologicos puede sobrepasar los 30$ y nosotros si corremos con el gasto de todos los materiales para realizar los tratamientos, entonces si ellos sólo gastan 20$ de dolares de consultas, historia clínica y radiografía panorámica se estarían ahorrando una gran cantidad de dinero, que ciertamente pueden pagar en una clínica en alto costo.
