It's ALWAYS fun beating the Colts!!
This was a fun one. Very competitive throughout!
I had a 21-0 lead at one point but my opponent stayed composed and really battled back to make this one exciting.
My opponent used Nick Foles at QB which was an interesting choice. But since the Colts don't have a lot of options at QB, I guess it doesn't really matter who he chose.
Nick Foles is having such an odd, one of a kind career. He's been in the league for eleven seasons, and in that time he's basically seen it all as an NFL QB. He's been a third stringer, a Pro Bowler and a Super Bowl MVP. At just 34 years old, Foles has a fair amount left in the tank I imagine. I wonder what could happen next in his legendary career! While Foles clearly has some magic in him and can add value to a team, Foles has not proven he can be consistent enough to be a full time starter.
The Colts simply cannot figure out the QB position, really since Peyton left. There were a handful of strong seasons in the short lived Andrew Luck era, but that's kind of a whole different story.
It feels like the Colts are in the same position as the Titans, only worse. Not extremely worse, but significantly. The Colts have a new coach named Shane Steichen. Never heard of him.
A lot going on in Indy, I'm just crossing my fingers that they DON'T figure it out, EVER. :P
Titans have had a bit of QB drama themselves you could say. Derek Carr? Tannehill to the Jets? Lots of things up in the air.
