With the team's second to last pick in the NFL Draft, the Titans added some depth on the o-line by drafting Maryland's Jaelyn Duncan pretty late on day three of the draft.
Jaelyn is a pretty massive guy, even for NFL offensive linemen. He's 6'6' - 310 pounds.
Jaelyn appears to be a bit of a raw prospect after only beginning football at age 14. But still, he found his way to Maryland and became the team's starter for three years starting in 2020.
I think drafting Jaelyn late is a really good value selection. A fair amount of people had Jaelyn as a third or fourth round grade.
This video really shows how strong he is. The dude is a bear out there. This is footage from the Senior Bowl which showcases the nation's best collegiate talent. So Jaelyn was going against top notch dudes here.

He may take some coaching up but I believe he is coachable from listening to his interviews and I believe the coaching staff in Tennessee will be great for him.
Also, Jaelyn and Titans' first round pick Peter Skoronski have worked out together in the past and seem to be relatively friendly with one another.
After the Titans atrocious o-line play last season, it's great to see the Titans sign fresh young, moldable talent in the trenches.
Welcome to the team Jaelyn!
