Saludos estimada comunidad, hoy les quiero compartir una obra de teatro bellísima, y que cada vez que la veo me gusta más, por el vestuario, las escenografías, la música, todo es una integridad que nos deleita desde su inicio hasta que finaliza, y es una obra que vi en diciembre y precisamente en esta semana estaba revisando las fotos y los videos que había tomado y me dije tengo que compartir esto tan hermoso, por si alguien no lo ha visto en la próxima temporada se anime y asista que estoy segura le va a encantar.

Esta obra se suele presentar todos los años en la Sala Ríos Reyna del Teatro Teresa Carreño de Caracas y es realizada mediante la versión del coreógrafo venezolano Vicente Nebrada, la cual fue concebida a partir de la elevada partitura por P.I. Thaikovsky, con un gran atractivo escénico que la hacen una referencia escénica mundial, además con el acompañamiento de la Orquesta Sinfónica de Venezuela, que en esta oportunidad fue dirigida por su director titular, lo cual constituye un valor agregado para la obra.

Después de dos años fuera de escenario, por la pandemia, se notó que El Cascanueces regreso con toda su historia e inalterable atractivo de manos de cerca de 250 integrantes y un público llenando las instalaciones del Teatro, porque saben que pocas obras de danza han sido tan versionadas de infinitos modos como El Cascanueces, desde las grandes compañías de repertorios del mundo hasta las más modestas escuelas de ballet.

La obra está compuesta por dos actos:
El Primer Acto, es una historia que tiene lugar aproximadamente en 1850 en un pueblo de Europa Central, en la casa de un respetable juez y su esposa, quienes tienen dos hijas, el padrino de una de ellas es un mago, que es fabricante de relojes y fantásticos juguetes.

Como el mago ha sido invitado a la fiesta de navidad por los padres de su ahijada, considera una bonita oportunidad para regalarle a su ahijada un muñeco de la forma de un cascanueces.

El mago llega a la fiesta llevando el regalo especial para su ahijada, ella al final de la fiesta cuando todos los invitados se retiran, regresa a escondidas al árbol de navidad para recuperar su muñeco cascanueces y se sorprende al encontrar ratones en el salón de su casa, lo cual le producen gran temor.

El mago, por acto de magia, desaparece la casa y hace crecer el árbol de navidad a un tamaño gigantesco, transformando al muñeco cascanueces en uno de mayor tamaño.

En el Segundo Acto, se desata una pelea entre los soldados de madera y los ratones, el muñeco cascanueces ahora de mayor tamaño toma parte en la pelea derrotando a los ratones; al final de esa batalla el mago conduce al Cascanueces, ahora convertido en un apuesto príncipe y a su ahijada a un viaje al Mundo Mágico donde todo es ilusión: El Reino de la Nieves.

El viaje continúa y el mago conduce al príncipe y a su ahijada al Reino de los Caramelos, donde se divierten con danzas de diferentes partes del mundo, y al final de esa jornada, el Mundo Mágico desaparece y su ahijada retorna a su casa.

Una linda coreografía que quise compartir con los amigos de esta comunidad, feliz día para todos.

This work is usually presented every year at the Rios Reyna Hall of the Teresa Carreño Theater in Caracas and is performed through the version of Venezuelan choreographer Vicente Nebrada, which was conceived from the high score by P.I. Thaikovsky, with a great scenic appeal that make it a world scenic reference, also with the accompaniment of the Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, which this time was conducted by its chief conductor, which is an added value to the work.

After two years away from the stage, due to the pandemic, it was noted that The Nutcracker returned with all its history and unalterable appeal from the hands of about 250 members and an audience filling the theater, because they know that few dance works have been so versioned in infinite ways as The Nutcracker, from the great repertory companies of the world to the most modest ballet schools.

The work is composed of two acts:
The First Act, is a story that takes place approximately in 1850 in a village in Central Europe, in the house of a respectable judge and his wife, who have two daughters, the godfather of one of them is a magician, who is a manufacturer of watches and fantastic toys.

As the magician has been invited to the Christmas party by his goddaughter's parents, he considers it a nice opportunity to give his goddaughter a doll in the shape of a nutcracker.

The magician arrives at the party carrying the special gift for his goddaughter, she at the end of the party when all the guests leave, sneaks back to the Christmas tree to retrieve her nutcracker doll and is surprised to find mice in the living room of her house, which cause her great fear.

The magician, by an act of magic, disappears the house and makes the Christmas tree grow to a gigantic size, transforming the nutcracker doll into a larger one.

In the Second Act, a fight breaks out between the wooden soldiers and the mice, the now larger nutcracker doll takes part in the fight defeating the mice; at the end of that battle the magician leads the Nutcracker, now turned into a handsome prince and his goddaughter to a trip to the Magic World where everything is illusion: The Kingdom of the Snow.

The journey continues and the magician leads the prince and his goddaughter to the Kingdom of Sweets, where they have fun with dances from different parts of the world, and at the end of that journey, the Magic World disappears and his goddaughter returns home.
