Saludos hivers lectores, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una obra que nació desde lo más profundo de mi proceso creativo y emocional. Se llama “Fragmentos”, y más que una imagen, es una metáfora visual de lo que significa reconstruirse desde las piezas dispersas de la experiencia.
Greetings hivers readers, today I want to share with you a work that was born from the depths of my creative and emotional process. It's called "Fragments," and more than an image, it's a visual metaphor for what it means to rebuild oneself from the scattered pieces of experience.
Esta composición abstracta está formada por curvas, óvalos, espirales, patrones triangulares y líneas onduladas que se entrelazan en una danza de color y textura. A primera vista, puede parecer simplemente una explosión geométrica, pero detrás de cada forma hay una intención, una emoción, un fragmento de mí.
This abstract composition is made up of curves, ovals, spirals, triangular patterns, and wavy lines that intertwine in a dance of color and texture. At first glance, it may simply appear to be a geometric explosion, but behind each shape lies an intention, an emotion, a fragment of me.
El nombre surgió casi naturalmente mientras trabajaba en esta pieza, me di cuenta de que cada elemento representaba una parte de mi historia; momentos de introspección, de alegría, de duda, de gratitud. Como si cada forma fuera un recuerdo, una emoción, una vivencia que había quedado suelta… y que ahora encontraba su lugar en esta nueva narrativa visual.
The name came almost naturally as I worked on this piece. I realized that each element represented a part of my story; moments of introspection, joy, doubt, gratitude. As if each shape were a memory, an emotion, an experience that had been left unsaid… and now found its place in this new visual narrative.
“Fragmentos” no habla de ruptura, sino de transformación, de cómo podemos tomar lo que alguna vez estuvo disperso y convertirlo en algo hermoso, coherente y vibrante. Es un homenaje a la resiliencia, a la capacidad de reinventarnos desde lo que somos.
"Fragments" doesn't speak of rupture, but rather of transformation, of how we can take what was once scattered and transform it into something beautiful, coherent, and vibrant. It's a tribute to resilience, to the ability to reinvent ourselves from who we are.
“Fragmentos” no busca imponer una interpretación única, más bien, invita a que cada quien encuentre sus propios significados. Puede evocar recuerdos, emociones, momentos de introspección o simplemente alegría visual. Es una obra que habla de reconstrucción, de identidad, de cómo lo aparentemente caótico puede convertirse en armonía.
"Fragments" doesn't seek to impose a single interpretation; rather, it invites everyone to find their own meanings. It can evoke memories, emotions, moments of introspection, or simply visual joy. It's a work that speaks of reconstruction, of identity, of how the seemingly chaotic can be transformed into harmony.
Para mí, esta imagen representa el poder de transformar lo vivido en arte. De tomar lo que alguna vez dolió, lo que alguna vez nos hizo dudar, y convertirlo en color, en forma, en expresión. Es una afirmación de que cada parte de nuestra historia tiene valor, y que al reunirla con intención, podemos crear algo extraordinario.
For me, this image represents the power of transforming lived experience into art. Of taking what once hurt, what once made us doubt, and turning it into color, shape, and expression. It's an affirmation that every part of our history has value, and that by bringing it together with intention, we can create something extraordinary.

Para el boceto comencé trazando las formas principales: un gran óvalo central, curvas que lo atraviesan horizontal y verticalmente, y líneas que emergen desde los bordes del lienzo. Este boceto fue como construir el esqueleto de la obra, definiendo el equilibrio entre lo estructurado y lo fluido.
For the sketch, I began by tracing the main shapes: a large central oval, curves running horizontally and vertically through it, and lines emerging from the edges of the canvas. This sketch served as the skeleton of the work, defining the balance between structure and fluidity.
Luego, cada sección fue llenada con patrones específicos. Las espirales rosadas aportan dinamismo, los patrones de gotas dentro del óvalo azul sugieren introspección, y las ondas rojas y azules crean ritmo visual. Cada forma fue elegida por lo que podía transmitir emocionalmente: expansión, contención, movimiento, pausa.
Each section was then filled with specific patterns. The pink spirals provide dynamism, the droplet patterns within the blue oval suggest introspection, and the red and blue waves create visual rhythm. Each shape was chosen for what it could convey emotionally: expansion, containment, movement, pause.
Al aplicar color comenzó la magia. Utilicé colores intensos y contrastantes; rojo, azul, amarillo, verde, púrpura y negro para generar una sensación de vitalidad. El púrpura en la gota superior izquierda evoca misterio, el amarillo en los pétalos de la flor transmite luz y esperanza. El color se convirtió en lenguaje emocional, guiando al espectador por distintas sensaciones.
The magic began when I applied color. I used intense, contrasting colors—red, blue, yellow, green, purple, and black—to create a sense of vitality. The purple in the top left drop evokes mystery; the yellow in the flower petals conveys light and hope. Color became an emotional language, guiding the viewer through different sensations.
Para cerrar el proceso, apliqué un filtro digital que suavizó bordes, intensificó contrastes y unificó la imagen. Este paso le dio un carácter más onírico, como si los fragmentos flotaran en un espacio simbólico. El resultado fue una obra que parece vibrar, respirar, moverse.
To complete the process, I applied a digital filter that softened edges, intensified contrasts, and unified the image. This step gave it a more dreamlike quality, as if the fragments were floating in a symbolic space. The result was a work that seems to vibrate, breathe, and move.
