Feliz de estar como casi cada lunes, en esta hermosa comunidad, en esta oportunidad decidí practicar un poco de lettering o mejor dicho lettering falso, ya que es algo que siempre he querido aprender a hacer, 🤔 pensándolo bien, hay tantas cosas en cuanto al arte que quiero aprender que decidí probar de a poco cada una. 😆🥰

Happy to be like almost every Monday, in this beautiful community, this time I decided to practice a little lettering or rather fake lettering, as it is something I've always wanted to learn to do, 🤔 thinking about it, there are so many things in terms of art that I want to learn that I decided to try a little at a time each one. 😆🥰

He hecho lettering antes, sin saber que ese era el nombre, pero solo aprendí a hacer letras gorditas y de allí no pase, así que quiero aprender a hacer letras mas estilisadas y elegantes. 😊

I've done lettering before, not knowing that was the name, but I only learned to do chubby letters and didn't go from there, so I want to learn to do more stylish and elegant lettering. 😊

La frase que utilicé para practicar es "Creo oportunidades aun en situaciones difíciles" es una frase que escuche en un K-drama que ví hace poco y me sentí muy identificada porque últimamente en mi país eso hemos tenido que hacer todos, crear oportunidades en medio de la situación difícil que atravesamos. 🥰❤️‍🩹

The phrase I used to practice is "I create opportunities even in difficult situations " is a phrase I heard in a K-drama I saw recently and I felt very identified because lately in my country that's what we have all had to do, create opportunities in the midst of the difficult situation we are going through. 🥰❤️‍🩹

En una hoja cuadriculada comencé a hacer las letras con un lapiz H, o sea un lápiz bastante claro, tuve varias complicaciones para hacer las letras, tuve que borrar varias veces porque primero no me salian, luego cuando ya me estaban saliendo bien, tuve que cambiar la hoja y comenzar de nuevo en otra, porque me di cuenta de que la frase no cabía toda con la hoja en horizontal así que tuve que hacerla en vertical.

I had several complications to make the letters, I had to erase several times because first they did not come out well, then when they were coming out well, I had to change the sheet and start again on another, because I realized that the phrase did not fit all with the sheet horizontally so I had to do it vertically.

Luego repasé cada letra con mi bolígrafo 🖋️
Como siempre digo cada vez que hago algo por primera ve, puedo ver las fallas 😆 pero me siento bien de haberlo intentado ya que ahora sé algo que antes no sabía, solo debo perfeccionarlo.

I then went over each letter with my pen 🖋️
As I always say every time I do something for the first time, I can see the flaws 😆 but I feel good that I tried since I now know something I didn't know before, I just have to perfect it.

Para colorear las letras use mis bolígrafos de gel y la verdad batalle un poco, no sé si todos los bolígrafos en gel son tan tercos o es solo esta marca, pero siempre que trabajo con ellos me cuesta un poco por que la tinta no sale, sobre todo el color amarillo, pero a pesar de todo quedo bastante bien, gracias a Dios. 🥰

To color the letters I used my gel pens and the truth is that I struggled a little bit, I don't know if all gel pens are so stubborn or it's just this brand, but whenever I work with them it's always a little difficult because the ink doesn't come out, especially the yellow color, but in spite of everything it looks pretty good, thank God. 🥰

Para no dejar la hoja en blanco decidí hacer un fondo de colores con tizas, me encanta hacer los fondos con ese material porque me gusta mucho el acabado que tiene y me recuerda mis días del liceo cuando hacía los rotafolios para las exposiciones 😆 ¡Qué buenos tiempos! 🥰

In order not to leave the sheet blank I decided to make a colored background with chalk, I love making backgrounds with that material because I really like the finish it has and it reminds me of my high school days when I used to make flip charts for exhibitions 😆 What good times! 🥰

Por último recorté la hoja para que quedará prolijo, o sea, bonito y listo lo siguiente fue pegarlo a la puerta de mi cuarto para poder verlo siempre.

Finally, I cut the sheet so that it would be neat, that is to say, pretty and ready, the next thing was to glue it to the door of my room so that I could always see it.

Aunque no quedaron perfectas las letras disfrute mucho el proceso y quede con ganas de seguir practicando, igual siempre tengo frases que me gusta escribir para pegar en mi pared así que pronto volveré con otro cartel, tal vez un versículo de la biblia o algo así.

Although the letters were not perfect, I really enjoyed the process and I want to keep practicing, I always have phrases that I like to write to paste on my wall so soon I will come back with another poster, maybe a bible verse or something like that.
