If you'll recall the birds in my parts have been scare lately. I blogged about it as both a short story based off of a Freewrite prompt and then in the comments shared the reality we were facing with no birds. That post and subsequent comments can be read in the post I did for day seventeen.
Why do I share this with you today? Well, I have good news to report. The birds have returned! Not as diverse a chatty bunch as we've had for years, but I am still happy that for the last two days I have been hearing birds outside of my window. It sounds glorious! Some might even say their birdsong could be considered sublime ;-)
