One of the things I enjoy most about the #WalkTalkChallenge is the opportunity to get to know the women I interview better. To brainstorm around the goals and challenges. This morning I spent almost an hour walking and talking with .
It was great to hear birds, traffic, and dogs as Alessandra walked in her neighborhood while I also heard those sounds as I walked in my neighborhood. The real power in these walking and talking session is realizing just how much life is so very similar for us human beings spinning around the sun. Sure we lead vastly different lives, but at the core of our human experience is much the same. We can both walk outside and hear birds, dogs, and traffic. That sameness is grounding. The conversations which happen are enlightening and inspiring.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of speaking with for the #WalkTalkChallenge. I enjoyed the time we spent chatting while getting to know
better. One bonus of our time together was that I was able to share in real time where I was walking and a bit of the history of that location.
