One of the most used platforms worldwide is YouTube, which within them we can notice a great variety of videos of all kinds and the best thing is a platform that adapts for all ages. I remember having come to it when I was very small, just to listen to music and just left it there playing a great list of songs, however, I could only use it when I was on the computer because that was the only equipment I had at my disposal. Over time he discovered many interesting videos, which are learning and very instructive for people.

One of the YouTube channels that has me very connected and since I discovered it was a jewel for me, because as simple as it is, it is interesting the level shown in each video. This channel is MasterChef Celebrity Colombia 2024, which already has many years on YouTube and now they are going for season number 6 that transmit it there, I arrived by chance to this channel where it has a total of 130 episodes covering the entire season of cooks in Colombia, not that I am an expert in the kitchen, but with the few videos I've seen allows me to learn names and tecinas that are very useful to vary the preparation of food.

Una de las plataformas más usadas a nivel mundial es YouTube, la cual dentro de ellas podemos notar una gran variedad de videos de todo tipo y lo mejor es una plataforma que se adapta para todas las edades. Recuero haber llegado a ella cuando estaba muy pequeño, simplemente para escuchar música y solo lo dejaba allí reproduciendo una gran lista de canciones, sin embargo, solo lo podía usar cuando estaba en la computadora por ese el único equipo que tenía a la disposición. Con el tiempo fue descubriendo muchos videos interesantes, que son de aprendizaje y muy instructivos para las personas.

Uno de los canales de YouTube que me tiene muy conectado y desde que lo descubrí fue una joya para mí, ya que por más sencillo que sea, es interesante el nivel que se muestra en cada video. Es canal es MasterChef Celebrity Colombia 2024, la cual ya tiene muchos años en YouTube y ahorita van por la temporada número 6 que la transmiten por allí, llegue de causalidad a este canal donde cuenta con un total de 130 episodios que abarca toda la temporada de cocineros de Colombia, no es que sea experto en la concina, pero con los pocos videos que he visto me permite aprender nombres y tecinas que son muy útiles para variar la preparación de la comida.

I already have a couple of weeks watching each episode of this season six, which one of the things I admire most is the people who make life in the season, since they are a group of people who have never set foot in a professional kitchen and from day one you notice that fear, insecurity and especially not knowing anyone of those who are there, since this channel only focuses on famous celebrities of Colombia and therefore it is a challenge for people. In fact, it is not only cooking for them, but they will have to cook for jurors who are professionals in this world of cooking and that is why it is a challenge to have to advance as a person and not be eliminated from the competition.

Ya tengo un par de semanas viendo cada episodio de esta temporada seis, la cual una de las cosas que más admiro es las personas que hacen vida en la temporada, puesto que son un grupo de personas que nunca han pisado una cocina profesional y desde el día uno se nota ese miedo, inseguridad y sobre todo no conocer a nadie de los que están allí, ya que esta canal solo se centra en celebridades famosas de Colombia y por ende es todo un desafío para las personas. De hecho no es solo cocinar para ellos, sino que tendrán que cocinarles a jurados que son profesionales en este mundo de la cocina y por eso es todo desafío de tener que ir avanzando como persona y no quedar eliminado de la competencia.

A medida que los videos van pasando, poco a poco las personas van conociendo cada lugar de la cocina, los utensilios, ciertas reglas que son esenciales al momento de cocinar y de verdad que me gusto, ya que más allá de ver persona cocinando, está en juego la estrategia que tiene que tomar cada persona para así poder avanzar en la competencia, puesto que son un gran grupo de personas que todos van por el mismo objetivo y por eso es esencial que den lo mejor de ellos y poder sacar un plato que sea elegante, atractivo y que tenga una buena combinación de alimentos.

Another of the things I liked about this YouTube channel, being Colombian, they put a lot of emphasis on the culture there and that is why each food dish they recreate are from the various areas of Colombia, where as I watch I realize that many dishes are similar to those of Venezuela, only changes in small ingredients. In addition, we can't leave out the demands that are placed as the episodes go by, since the fewer competitors, the more complicated things get, where in the end there will only be one winner.

Otras de las cosas que me gusto de este canal de YouTube, por ser colombiano hacen mucho énfasis en la cultura de allá y por eso cada plato de comida que recrean son de los diversos espacios de Colombia, donde a medida que voy viendo me doy cuenta de que muchos platos son parecidos a los de Venezuela, solo cambia en pequeños ingredientes. Además, no podemos dejar por fuera la exigencia que van colocando a medida que van pasando los episodios, puesto que entre menos competidores las cosas se complican, donde a la final solo habrá un ganador.

In my case I'm already on episode 107 of this season six of Masterchef Celebrity 2024 and there are only nine people left from the whole group that entered, besides at this point each participant already has their own way of thinking and moving within the kitchen and therefore the competition is very closed. It remains to continue enjoying this YouTube channel that is totally free and see who will be the winner and at once start with this year's season, which I am sure will also be a success.

En mi caso ya voy por el episodio 107 de esta temporada seis de Masterchef Celebrity 2024 y solo ya quedan nueve personas de todo el grupo que entro, además en este punto ya cada participante tiene su manera de pensar y moverse dentro de la cocina y por ende todo está muy cerrado la competencia. Queda seguir disfrutando de este canal de YouTube que esta totalmente gratis y ver quién será ese ganador y de una sola vez empezar con la temporada de este año, que estoy seguro de que será un éxito también.
