I send a warm greeting to the YouHive Community. A space where Hive lovers also share their passion for the Youtube video platform. Accepting the invitation of and complying with this month's initiative, today I want to share and review a video that I saw a few months ago when it was released and that really influenced me. I also recommend this material, since we are living the beginning of a new year and many people use it to set goals, I was the same, but everything has changed and this audiovisual gave me the push I needed. Enjoy!...
The title of this video is Changing Life: Step by Step (Cambiar de Vida: Pasito a Pasito) y fue estrenado dos meses en la versión en español del canal Kurzgesagt. It is a reflection that focuses on how we can change our bad habits and start healthy routines. The most important thing is that it makes clear a great reality, that changes do not happen all at once, that they are processes that have to be built little by little and that motivation is an important part to achieve it. I had already been working on myself, and this video showed me that I was on the right track and helped me realize some details that I was missing.
In this video the brain is put as a metaphor of a jungle, a jungle where to go through you have to create a path. At the beginning it is not easy, you have to cut the undergrowth of the path, and make it a routine day after day; with time we will achieve an easier path to travel and then it will be a great highway easy to travel. This is the proposal of how we can make those changes in our lives that seem impossible; the bad habits we have took years to get stronger, so it is not surprising that getting rid of them is not an easy task.
I follow this channel on Youtube because it is very varied and interesting, and the philosophy videos have really made me see life from a different perspective. We already know almost all the information, but some of us need this kind of reminders, especially those of us who have gone through very hard times lately, because those moments make us change, but not all changes are good, so we have to transform them.
I hope this video will please everyone who can take the time to enjoy it and reflect on it. It's a new year, for many a propitious time to start a change in our lives, but at the same time no matter when you read this post, you can always start to improve... I take this opportunity to invite two of my friends to participate in the new YouHive initiative, and
, you are always the first that come to my mind in this kind of activities, especially because you always share something special that fills me. Thanks to all who have accompanied me in this review, a sincere hug 🙏.
