Hablando de videos musicales, debo decir que tenía muchos en mentes, ya que algunos más que otros han quedado marcados en mi memoria, o a pesar del tiempo me gusta aún escucharlos, me traen recuerdos o simplemente me motivan, aunque últimamente escucho música asiática, en su momento la música pop marcaba una pauta en mi vida, sobre todo de grupos como los Backstreet Boys, un grupo de 5 hombres que marcaron un comienzo en este género y a pesar de los años que puedan tener su música sigue generando un significado especial.
En mi caso escogí a Show me The Meaning of Being Lonely, una canción que en su momento fue significativa para mí, ya que cuando hablamos de ciertas letras, hay algunas que llegan en ese instante que requieres escucharlas, sobre todo cuando necesitas algo que te motive o escuchar aquello que te llene de motivación para continuar, que pueda entender cómo te sientes y expresarlo a través de esa letra que otros se atreven a decir. Esta canción nos refleja la forma en cómo te puedes sentir o que deberías hacer cuando te quedas solo, sea cuando te pierdes tú mismo o simplemente cuando ya no tienes a esa persona que tanto quieres.
Estar solo nunca es una tarea sencilla, aunque no es tan malo estarlo, cuando te acostumbras a estar acompañado es ahí cuando se vuelve algo complicado, parece que te asfixias intentando continuar solo y buscas respuestas a ello, como seguir adelante cuando ya no tienes a la persona que te acompañaba, cuando sientes que nada tiene sentido, cuando ves fotos y videos dando te cuenta que todo está en el pasado, que nada puede volver a ser igual pero que pese a ello, tienes que seguir, duramente es diciendo que no queda de otra, o dejas que las cosas terminen ahí o continuas tu vida así eso signifique estar solo.
Cuando me he sentido triste o me ha pasado algo que choque con la soledad, este video ha sido mi motivación de poder sacar todo eso que siento en mi interior y poder continuar, no solo por su letra y los tonos que ellos usan al cantar, la manera en cómo expresan sus emociones en ello te hace sentir como si tú mismo lo hicieras, dándote cuenta de que el pasado queda ahí y solo debes mirar al frente y dar lo mejor de ti. El mundo de la música no solo logra hacerte sentir bien te motiva a ver cosas que quizás habías olvidado, te motiva a seguir adelante.
