Feeling ignored by someone might be very worst and painful, and that can be the reason to damage your self-esteem and your mental peace. Besides going through it you need to take some useful ways for building your mental peace. I'm gonna share some ways which can help you to deal with it.

Walk away or give them some space
If someone ignoring you still might be they are a family member or your partner you give them some space and also for yourself. It can help you to go through it and don't allow yourself to think too much about it. Giving them some space is necessary to know why some are ignoring it or what the reason behind it is.

For staying healthy you need to also focus on your happiness for living life happily. Hang out with your friends or watch your favorite movie and do the all activities that boost your self-confidence and self-esteem. Practicing self-care can help you to stay happy and don't bother yourself by noticing useless things around you.

It's really important to figure out the behavior which can be the reason for being ignored by someone. Supportive people might be around your family or friends, but you need to spend time with them for staying happy with yourself and also in case of being ignored by someone. Taking a break from that situation will help you to clear your mindset and boasting self-confidence.
