Background
For those who aren't aware, the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG was created in 1999, based on a Japanese manga titled Duel Monsters. It spun off into a TV show, and myself, my friends and family would get together and play the trading card game on weekends.
The Original
Here's what the original card looks like. It's an iconic design that brings back memories of playing the game as a kid.
The Masterpiece
And here is the the masterpiece, created by Glass Panther from Reddit! You can usually find him in the Silverbugs and Wallstreetsilver subreddits.
It weighs in at 4.4oz of 999 fine goodness, and even fits in protective cases designed for trading cards!
These are certainly not something you want to make up the base of your stack, since this beauty was $250. However, if you have your base stack weight where you'd like it to be, it doesn't hurt to splurge every once in a while. 😉
