One of the first rules, of coin collecting, is to never clean, polish, or try to improve a Coin. But when it comes to bullion, I don't think it can hurt the dreaded milk-spot Coins. I'm not sure it's even worth the time. But this Australian Perth Mint Kangaroo Silver Dollar, is still four nines pure Silver, underneath, the non-contagious milk spots.
