This rare find popped up in the Local Coin Shop junk box, today. Dates, on the US Standing Silver Quarter Dollars, wore off quickly, because dates were the highest part of the design, for about ten years. In 1925, dates were recessed lower, but still wore off with little use & circulation. The dateless photo shows nice details, but, a dateless beauty. Had to be pre-1925. The dateless is somewhat, more appealing, to me, than the “improved” newer design, the 1930. When shopping them, I usually only get dated condition ones, but if the detail is good…
