I recently received this 2019 Australian Kookaburra 1oz fine silver coin, from the Perth Mint Kookaburra series.
Kookaburra coin series
The Australian Laughing Kookaburra is Australia's most famous bush bird. Kookaburra's are the largest of the kingfishers. The loud laughing kookaburra call is widely used as a stock sound effect in Australian bush settings or tropical jungles, similar to the loon call being widely used to depict Canadian lake land settings. The Perth Mint Kookaburra coin series features a new design each year, 1990 was the first year of coin release.
