- he was selling 1oz silver Sugar Maples for Hive Dollars, and was willing to ship to Canada, I couldn't pass up the good deal :)

Canadian Maple Leaf
The symbol of Canada, the proud sugar maple leaf, and prominently featured on one of the most recognizable bullion coins. The Canadian Sugar Maple tree is from where the Maple Syrup flows, a respectable size industry in Canada. Back in 2012, during the Great Canadian Maple Syrup Heist, 3,000 tonnes of maple syrup was stolen from a storage facility in Quebec, valued at $18.7 million CND.
1oz Sugar Maple Leaf coins
These 1oz silver Maple Leaf coins are produced by Royal Canadian Mint. The Royal Mint's Ottawa branch opened in 1908, control was transferred to the Canadian government in 1931 and it was renamed to the Royal Canadian Mint. Known for their high quality and purity silver and gold bullion coins and bars, they were the first refinery to produce 9999 fine gold bullion coins in 1982, and then the first to achieve 99999 fine gold purity in 1999.
The front side of the coin features a textured sugar maple leaf, on top of a radial lines background. Along.the top curve of the coin is the text "CANADA", along the bottom curve is the text "FINE SILVER 1 OZ ARGENT PUR", on the left and right side is the text "9999". Just above the "OZ" text is the micro engraved maple leaf security feature with the mint year "15" inside of it.
The back side of the coin features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, on top of a radial line background. Along the top curve of the coin is the text "ELIZABETH II", along the bottom curve is the text "5 DOLLARS 2015".
