Usually when I do these ratio posts I round the number, but today the ratio of gold to silver was 1:78.87
I remember making these posts and seeing the high 80’s for the ratio so it just goes to show all those people were right about silver “catching up” to gold
When Costco puts silver for sale at such good prices I can’t help myself but think we are in a unique time still to stack up high and accumulate as much metal as possible.
For me personally I will lose my mind in a good way if costco starts selling 1/10th oz 1/4 oz and 1/2 oz gold maple leafs… those will totally rock my world and drain all my savings hahaha… now imagine if they sell those pieces say 1/10th the price of their 1 oz for a 1/10 th oz… usually there are higher premiums in gold the smaller you get them but if costco did not charge that premium I can see them really get the masses involved.
Some people simply can’t afford 2-3k a transaction for gold but for $200-$1000 for fractional coin I can see that happening easily.
