If we are stressed, we cannot accomplish things as we would like. It is essential to have proper confidence to enjoy yourself, to keep calm anytime. This gives so much strenght that we immediately feel the good effects of it.
Sometimes I play games. They can be exciting from time to time, especially if we deeply enjoy it. At these times the excitement is at the top, and it is hard to leave the computer or whatever you use to play (nowadays I use a smartphone), if I would like to stop playing the game. If the situation is very tensed, I almost feel that the adrenaline do its thing. If I finished the hardest part of the game, and I start to arrive to the finish, then the peacefulness of confidence fills me, I know that the road to victory is straight from here.
The same is true in our real lives, because when we know that we still have to do many things during the day, we are a little tense, we only calm down when we see the end of the tasks, and we wait for the denouement in an almost pleasant position. We are more confident, if we finished the most of it, and we deserve the good little relaxing after each trial.
When we accomplish poorly, we are not able to look confident, because we have the fear of making many mistakes. But when we are at the peak of our strenght, when we feel that we could redeem even the world, then we can feel ourself confident, just as when we know the rightness of our actions. Confidence gives strenght gives peace, may give a boost to higher goals. We feel the spark inside of us that we need to start something. If we would uncertain, we would just/only drift in the wind, we would not dare to stand for ourselves, not even for our justice. Confidence gives such strenght and peace that we need for every day to properly accomplish things. It worth to focus on how to improve this kind of peace in ourselves.
