In my daily walk I found a reddish coloured dragonfly and a tan yellow dragonfly both perched on the same dry branch at different times, very close to the branch there was a puddle, usually this is the kind of environment where they usually interact.

The first picture shows a pink striped dragonfly. I found the action taken by both of them curious. First, the pink dragonfly arrived and stayed flying with its legs on the branch, there I took several pictures, then it withdrew and after about four minutes the other one arrived to perform the same action, I also took several shots and I wondered if these actions say something about the dragonflies' way of life.
