SEA AND SKY

Your foam of salt clouds
in the sky is drawn
a trail of mist
that stirs in the immense sea.
Heaven kisses your mirror
with faint rays of sun
the glow fades
the waters in its reflection.
A seagull in a dive
dives flush with the waves
while lightning strikes the dawn
kiss its plumage and decorate.
The sky wears blue
how sheet that covers
accompanied by clouds
on a shiny tulle.
on the red horizon
you have the sea and the sky
spilling on a handkerchief
that mestizo color.
Through the sky the stars
through the sea go the fish
for both of us sometimes
the birds share quarrels.
Sea and sky meet
confused in their color
and leave the painter
the magic that comes in yoke.
Between the sea and the sky
there is no distance or time
because you are the encounter
wrapped in a scarf.

MAR Y CIELO

Tu espuma de nubes de sal
en el cielo se dibuja
una estela de la bruma
que se agita en el inmenso mar.
El cielo besa tu espejo
con tenues rayos de sol
va entibiando el resplandor
las aguas en su reflejo.
Una gaviota en picada
se sumerge al ras de las olas
mientras un rayo la aurora
besa su plumaje y decora.
El cielo viste de azul
cómo sábana que cubre
acompañado de nubes
sobre un brillante tul.
En el horizonte rojizo
se tiene el mar y el cielo
derramando en un pañuelo
ese color mestizo.
Por el cielo las estrellas
por el mar van los peces
por ambos algunas veces
las aves comparten querellas.
Mar y cielo se juntan
confundidos en su color
y le dejan al pintor
la magia que viene en yunta.
Entre el mar y el cielo
no hay distancia ni tiempo
porque sos el encuentro
envueltos en un pañuelo.
