Hello my friends, I hope you are having a wonderful day. I am not having a very good day, I am still in the village and I am doing better but I told you that the setbacks always come one after the other and this is still going on. There has been no electricity for about a day and it has just come back. And the wind is blowing so hard right now that I think it could go at any moment. I hope it won't go now. I have decided to go back to my home town next Wednesday. If nothing unexpected happens, I will go back. I have been through a lot during my time in the village. Anyway, that's not our topic today. Today I will share with you the photos I took in the past days.

Autumn gave way to winter as soon as it arrived. The leaves had just changed color and I took this photo a few weeks ago, right next to our house. The weather was beautiful then and it was still sunny every day.

This was taken a few days after the first photo. My mother planted these chrysanthemums and they add color to the garden. There are white, yellow, pink, purple, red flowers. They smell very nice too.

And exactly a week ago it rained heavily and everything got wet. Immediately afterwards there was so much fog that you couldn't see a thing. I must say it was scary. The view from my house is wonderful, but at that time it was more mysterious. It still looks perfect in the photos.

Where you can see now, or rather where you can't see anything, is the village where my grandparents normally live, but the fog is so thick that it reduces visibility. The sky was not even that cloudy. My father was coming to the village at that time. Fortunately he didn't have an accident. Such weather is always very risky.

This is what the houses in my village look like. The fog obscured most of them and I could only see my closest neighbors. It looks much bigger in the photo than in reality. In reality I couldn't see even this much. My uncles live in one of the houses on the hill. He waved at me from the balcony but I couldn't even see him.

Here is another angle from the balcony. In this photo you can see that the sky is not so cloudy. Maybe if it wasn't for the fog I would have seen a beautiful rainbow, but that is a sight I see often. I haven't seen this much fog for a long time. The news is talking about the coldest winter in years. I hope it won't cause too many disasters. Things like avalanches and floods scare me much more than before because we recently experienced the biggest disaster in Turkey's history. It hasn't even been a year yet.

Selam dostlarım umarım harika bir gün geçiriyorsunuzdur. Ben pek de iyi bir gün geçirmiyorum. Şu anda hala köydeyim ve daha iyiyim ancak size aksiliklerin hep üst üste geldiğini söylemiştim. Bu hala devam ediyor. Yaklaşık 1 gündür elektrik yoktu ve henüz geldi. Üstelik şu anda o kadar şiddetli rüzgar esiyor ki her an gidebileceğini düşünüyorum. Umarım şu anda gitmez. Önümüzdeki Çarşamba kendi yaşadığım şehre dönme kararı aldım. Çok beklenmedik bir şey olmazsa döneceğim. Köyde geçirdiğim süre boyunca başıma gelmeyen kalmadı. Neyse bugün konumuz bu değil. Bugün sizlerle geçen günlerde çektiğim fotoğrafları paylaşacağım.

Sonbahar geldiği gibi yerini kışa bıraktı. Yapraklar yeni renk değiştirmişti bu fotoğrafı birkaç hafta önce çektim, evimizin hemen yanından. O zaman hava çok güzeldi ve hala her gün güneşliydi.

Bu da ilk fotoğraftan birkaç gün sonra çekildi. Annem bu kasımpatı çiçeklerini ekti ekeli bahçeye renk katıyor. Beyaz, sarı, pembe, mor, kırmızı renginde çiçekler var. Çok da güzel kokuyorlar.

Ve tam bir hafta önce şiddetli bir yağmur yağdı ve her yer ıslandı. Hemen sonrasında öyle bir sis vardı ki göz gözü görmüyordu. Korkutucu olduğunu söylemeliyim. Evimin manzarası harikadır ama o zaman daha çok gizemliydi. Fotoğraflarda hala mükemmel görünüyor.

Şu anda gördüğünüz daha doğrusu hiçbir şey göremediğiniz yerde normalde anneannemlerin yaşadığı köy var ama sis o kadar yoğun ki görüş mesafesini düşürüyor. Gökyüzü ise o kadar bulutlu bile değildi. Babam o esnada köye geliyordu. Neyse ki bir kaza falan yapmadı. Böyle havalar her zaman çok risklidir.

Bu da kendi köyümdeki evlerin görünüşü. Sis çoğunu görmemi engelliyor ve sadece en yakınımdaki komşularımı görebiliyordum. Fotoğrafta gerçektekinden çok daha fazla görünüyor. Gerçekte bu kadar bile göremiyordum. Tepedeki evlerin bir tanesinde amcamlar oturuyor. Balkondan bana el sallamıştı ama onu bile görememiştim.

İşte balkondan başka bir açı. Bu fotoğrafta gökyüzünün o kadar da bulutlu olmadığını görebilirsiniz. Belki de bu sis olmasaydı harika bir gökkuşağı izleyebilecektim ama o zaten sıkça gördüğüm bir manzara. Bu kadar sisi ise uzun zamandır görmemiştim. Haberlerde son yılların en soğuk kışının geldiğinden bahsediyorlar. Umarım çok fazla felakete sebep olmaz. Çığ, sel gibi şeyler beni eskiye nazaran çok daha fazla korkutuyor çünkü yakın zamanda Türkiye tarihinin en büyük felaketini yaşadık. Henüz üzerinden 1 yıl bile geçmedi.
