We are energy and sometimes we feel bad, there are imbalances and even our health can be affected.
This last time I have had a lot of stress for various reasons, who hasn't at some point.
And many times when this happens to me I suffer from eczema, a skin problem that are spots that flake and can even hurt depending on the severity.
It is not a serious health problem, but it is annoying, especially if you can see it. If the stronger version is psoriasis, they are of the same family. It is something that is always present and at key moments it can appear.
This year has been a very strong year for me because of several events.
I tried coconut oil, cocoa cream, etc. I like natural products, if I can avoid medication I will.
Until a friend told me, step on the earth, this was last year.
She told me, this way you will discharge that negative energy and nature will heal you.
I know that nature is wonderful, we derive from it and my friend was right, so every time I can touch the earth, sea water and grass I do it.
Grounding is a technique or therapy based on contact with the earth, with the energy of nature itself.
We function as antennas... sometimes the antenna doesn't work so we have to balance it.
This technique consists of walking barefoot, I love walking barefoot, it frees me, but it doesn't work on a floor or in a house, it must be on the ground, sand, grass, seashore.
The feet have energy centres that when in contact with other energy help us to be healthy.
We capture and emit energy and sometimes our electrons are not in the way they should be.
Imbalances between positive and negative are generated and this is reflected in tiredness, exhaustion, and even health problems, like my eczema or even insomnia.
When I get in contact with the earth I recharge myself, and when I get home it seems like I'm more tired, but I'm not. It's just that I released that bad thing inside me. It's a process that should be done regularly.
Breathing fresh air, if it's near the sea, it's better, the seaweed emanates pure oxygen. Walking on the sand and if it is possible to touch the water it is better.
I am referring to sea water, not a shower, although it can also help if we do not have the opportunity to go to the sea.
Everyday life, breathing polluted air, bad food, problems and other circumstances cause us to lose electrons and we need to recover them to be in harmony.
That is what grounding is all about. To balance ourselves in the wise nature and to heal ourselves, to keep us in optimal conditions.
Walking barefoot has a very strong antioxidant effect. It also relieves inflammation in the body, it can help ailments such as diabetes, arthritis and help the heart.
In my case it not only helped me with my skin problem but also helped me to rest better, I was sleeping very badly. It relaxed my body in terms of muscles, contractures, for example, and increased my energy.
Salt water is a very good conduit for energy and I have the sea nearby so I got into the habit of taking those walks that help me so much. When I go into the sea the water has an indescribable effect on me.
My best friend told me, sea water will change your skin and she was right. Nature is magical.
Besides, I enjoy the sights like the palm trees, the birds walking around, the fresh air and the wonderful sound of the waves of the sea. For me it is inspiring and motivating. Every day I love nature more and more, I love to be in connection with it.
Touching the grass, smelling it, isolating my senses from anything other than the chirping of birds, the roar of the sea or the sound of the breeze passing through the trees. To disconnect from the world, away from people and noise is to focus our energy and heal the body.
On Friday afternoon I went far away to be alone with her, to see the fish in the water and listen to what the foam of the waves had to tell me or if the birds wanted to tell me something.
Far away to be greeted by the trees and to step on the wet sand, a sensation that I recommend, for its wonderful health benefits, not only physical but mental.
Do you practice contact with nature? What does it tell you? Does it help you in any way? I'll be happy to read you in the comments.
Greetings to all and see you next time.
