Eleven, mostly big

A tough week at work; complex and busy. I needed an outlet and, because it's been a week and more since I'd been, I went shooting.

I ended up shooting eleven kangaroos, all mostly big males like the one below.

This one was shot from an elevated position 320 metres away...it fell immediately. He was pretty big fellow, my rifle is over a metre in length so using that for reference this kangaroo is over 2 metres in length. (At full height he stood approximately as tall as I stand)

Interestingly, and for the first time ever, I saw all the game in this location, (a cattle farm when I cull feral and pest animals) on the same night. Hares, rabbits, foxes, a single deer and kangaroos obviously. I wanted to get the deer, I field dress them and take the venison home, but it wasn't in a position I could safely shoot so I left it for another night.
