Apparently the United States government just rules by doing whatever it wants and in this case the court is enabling the abuse of not only an American company and American citizens but also the entire firearms community and anyone who owns one of these rare breed triggers.
So here we go. Apparently the courts are completely siding with an inept Federal agency who is overstepping its boundaries. And by simple legislation forces how many law-abiding citizens into being felons and now we're going to have a witch Hunt.
So basically what this says is that the ATF is going to use customer records and hunt down everyone who owns one.
Now out of 50,000 units sold to American customers we have the massive amount of other companies at risk of the same issue as well.
The batf has consistently always proven how inept unreasonable and how abusive it can be. We have the AR pistol and brace debacle which garnered more comments than any issue in federal history for public support and community outcry.
Then we have of course these individuals committing Waco and Ruby ridge atrocities. Meanwhile absolutely none of these individuals has ever been held accountable and they only promote themselves.
You also have the entire employment pay scam that is a batf department-wide issue that apparently was completely covered up.
Every time you turn around you are having these issues with this agency and it only stands to reason that this agency ends up being dissolved with the leadership being held accountable and serving a mass amount of prison time.
However under this administration it seems like the criminals have taken over and been emboldened to continue praying upon the public.
