I did not come home empty handed...

I went out to check at the lake tonight. First, I started off with a little spearfishing. Then, we tried a little bowfishing. It's still early in the season, and there's not much activity yet. I did have a shot on one little sucker though, so I took it! Yes, it was a small fish, but my shot was just more impressive that way. I actually had a really good hit on it.

I think I'll freeze it and save it, and try some homemade canned "sardines" later, since this is a smaller one. In the last pic I tried to show where I hit it better, which pretty much stunned the fish out cold. Hope it'll be something bigger next time, and more than one too! Enjoy the photos!
