Hello Hive Community 👋
I hope you are all well and happily working on your projects. In today’s post, I’m going to share a thought of mine. I believe that if this idea is given even a little time, or if people agree on it to some extent, we can improve Hive’s growth at least to a certain level. Here, I will also share a few things about how other platforms, different people, and today’s new technology "AI FOMO" look at these topics and what kind of suggestions it gives. For example, if AI is asked for advice, what does it say about the Hive blockchain, and what are its views on other blockchains as well. I am not saying that AI gives advice on its own or that its suggestions should be taken as final. When AI gives us any advice or reports, it simply analyzes existing content and past data and then shares an assumption. It does not mean that what it says is guaranteed. In fact, there is more or less a 50–50 chance, so we cannot rely on it completely. It should be taken as an idea, not a final decision.
Before making any request, I believe it’s important to acknowledge Hive’s history honestly, not ignore it.
If we look at the past, the Steem ecosystem faced serious governance issues when exchange-held funds were used for voting. Everything I am mentioning here is based on my own research. However, it is also important to acknowledge that research itself can sometimes be manipulated especially in today’s era, where even news can be influenced. That said, I had already heard about this issue from many other people who explained that this incident did in fact occur and that Steem faced such a problem. Speaking personally, at that time I neither used Steem nor was I familiar with the Hive blockchain. But recently, I have done some research on this topic, and based on that research, I am writing this article. Along with that, I have also come across a few other reasons related to this matter.
During my research, I noticed a few important points. When it comes to AI, I used it to cross-check many articles and news sources. Through this, I got the impression that AI seems hesitant to discuss this topic openly. It does respond when general questions are asked, but when the discussion goes a bit deeper, there are certain points where AI does not seem able to give clear answers.
This is not a case where questions are related to scamming or hacking topics that AI usually avoids. This is a research topic and a subject that has already been discussed in the past. Still, in many instances, I experienced that AI chose not to go further and even responded with apologies instead of explanations.
Now, the question is: what is the reason behind this? Why is AI unable to address this topic in depth? If any of you have more insight into this, you are welcome to share your thoughts in the comments below especially about the real nature of this issue and why AI struggles to explain it thoroughly.
It is not that AI lacks information. If AI can provide strong support in many other areas, then logically it should also be able to analyze this topic in detail. This suggests that there may have been some major level of manipulation involved.
My question is directed to the old Hive users.
If anyone reading my article has been part of Hive from the start, or was connected to the Steem blockchain during the time of that issue, then the actual problem happened later. From the research I conducted, as far as I could understand, the funds of exchanges were used for voting. That is, users’ deposited tokens whether Steem or Hive are generally held by exchanges. For example, Binance, being a large exchange, holds a huge amount of tokens. If we calculate, it could account for a vote worth around $270. According to my estimate, it could even go up to $300. If Exhnages make Power up.
So, if the votes of these exchanges were being used, why is Hive still using exchanges now? I’m not claiming that the exchanges themselves caused the problem they could have been misled or simply unaware of what was actually happening. My question is only directed to the old Hive users. I am certainly not suggesting that anyone should be boycotted, nor am I in a position to make such claims, because there are senior users who are far more loyal to this blockchain than I am. If there had been any serious issue, they would have raised it before I did. My real question is: what happened later that led us to start using exchanges as well? What was the main reason? My aim in asking this was only to better understand this topic.

Why I’m Writing This Post
What is my purpose? If you have read my previous post, you might already know that I am the founder of HivePostify. My goal is to bring new users to this platform and to attract investment into Hive Token, which will help increase its value. When new users join, they naturally become part of the Hive blockchain. This not only increases the number of active users but also encourages more quality content creation. The more users the platform has, the more its name spreads, and in this way, we can see growth and greater adoption of the ecosystem.
If we ask an AI, “I’m new to blockchain platforms. Which one is better for beginners: Hive or Steem?” or simply search on Google, the answer we get is Hive blockchain. But I want us to focus on it even more. I know this blockchain is good, because both AI and Google recommend it, but my point is that we should give it extra attention. We should form a team dedicated to supporting new users, for example by voting for them. I have suggested this several times before.
My Request For HP Delegation.
This is a request to all Hive users, especially the major stakeholders. I would like to ask that Hive Power be delegated to the @HivePostify account. The voting power generated from this delegation will earn rewards, which I have detailed below so you know what you can gain. But more importantly, I want to assure you that with this delegation, we will support incoming new users, and I personally will bring new users to the platform.
I take full responsibility for the delegation that is given to me. I will not use it to promote farming accounts, nor will any AI-generated or plagiarized content be promoted. Only verified users and quality content will receive votes. Please be confident that with your delegation, we will make Hive even better.
I enjoy working on projects that bring new users and creators of quality content to the Hive blockchain. That’s why I created HivePostify. As a student, I am unable to invest in it or power it up myself, which is why I requested delegation. I hope to receive a positive response.
My ultimate goal is to bring a power-up of two million dollars to HivePostify. Of course, I cannot find investors at this stage, and even if I could, why would anyone invest right now? The platform currently has few active users and no fully established system, which is why new users are not joining. The main reason is that I currently have no source of earnings to claim accounts. For example, on Hive, claiming an account costs 3 Hive tokens. I have started small, and I am confident that gradually I will succeed. However, I also lack voting power to support new users and help them stay connected to this blockchain. If voting power is provided, my chances of success would increase significantly over 90%. With voting power, users will naturally join the platform. I want to emphasize again that only quality content and genuine users will be supported. Any farming accounts or schemes will not be promoted in any way.
How the Delegated HP Will Be Used (Full Responsibility)
I take full personal responsibility for the use of any delegated HP.
Delegated voting power will be used ONLY for:
- Supporting original, high-effort content
- Helping active users gain visibility
- Encouraging long-term Hive participation
It will NOT be used for:
- ❌ Scam projects
- ❌ Vote farming rings
- ❌ Low-quality AI spam
- ❌ Self-voting abuse
If this responsibility is ever violated, delegation should be removed immediately.
Revenue & Reward Distribution Model (80–95%)
To align incentives fairly:
- Any curation rewards generated using delegated HP:
- 80% to 95% will be returned to delegators
- Remaining portion covers:
- Platform operations
- Manual content review
- Abuse monitoring
This model ensures:
- Delegators benefit directly
- Power is not centralized for profit
- Hive growth remains the priority
Exact percentages and reports can be shared publicly if requested.
🤝 Why This Can Produce Better Results for Hive
When voting power is used:
- Carefully
- Transparently
- With aligned incentives
The results are:
- Better content visibility
- Higher user retention
- Stronger community trust
Hive doesn’t need shortcuts it needs responsible curators.
📢 Open Invitation
If you believe:
- Delegation should be ethical
- History should guide us, not scare us
- Hive deserves quality over quantity
I welcome:
- HP delegation
- Feedback
- Suggestions
Even a conversation helps.
Thank you for reading 🙏
Let’s grow Hive without repeating old mistakes.
