Great initiative, . Hive Invite Cards is one of the most practical onboarding solutions I've seen for Hive. Reducing entry friction is what the ecosystem needs right now.
That said, I want to highlight a key challenge that comes after onboarding.
I'm the founder of HivePostify.cloud, a Pakistan-based Web3 social and freelancing platform built on Hive. I'm already seeing real demand: 100+ users ready to join, 40K+ ad impressions, and growing interest from emerging markets.
But the bottleneck isn't just account creation anymore. It's what happens next.
The retention problem
- New users post content and receive zero engagement; motivation fades quickly.
- Beginners make small mistakes and face harsh reactions instead of guidance.
- Without early support, even motivated users do not stay.
What we've already built
On our platform, we've implemented a fixed beneficiary system that allows:
- ✅ Curators to earn while supporting new users.
- ✅ New users to receive consistent early votes.
- ✅ A sustainable onboarding loop, not just one-time account creation.
The opportunity
Invite Cards + Early Voting Support = Real, Lasting Growth
We have demand. You've built the infrastructure. What’s needed now is ecosystem-level curation to retain the users we bring in.
I would love to collaborate and integrate Invite Cards directly into our onboarding flow, especially for users coming in from Pakistan and similar emerging markets.
There's real momentum here. It just needs to be connected end-to-end.
