The fee is always charged in the token used for the transaction (STARBITS, STARPRO, another); the BEE fee is charged ONLY when the auction begins.

The commission is the same as when trading NFTs on any marketplace: 5%. The difference is that, in a buy/sell transaction, 4% of the commission goes to the contract creator (e.g., Rising) and the remaining 1% to the marketplace. In this case, the marketplace keeps the full 5%.
