I was the same way but there's so many cool features on PeakD I can't live without now. At first it was a bit overwhelming but I gradually got used to it. In settings, changing the api node, experimenting, usually speeds things up. View counter is great and even shows how much time is spent on average viewing but only I can see that info. It's not accurate lately though; I think they had problems. My recent post for instance only shows 20 views because the counter wasn't even on for most of the week so several weren't counted, but normally I'd get well over 100 within day one or two. Then I'll guesstimate and factor in all the other frontends. My last post was trending almost #1 all week on vyb so I'm sure that picked up some views. It also shows older posts getting clicks but again that info is private.
But I will say and remind you once again, there is integrity left in this world. Your posts where you're 'complaining' sometimes shed light on you being a bit out of touch at times. Just being honest with you.
