No, I don´t think that is a viable approach, as experience from last years shows - unfortunately - that building brings no new users. I wish it would be like this, but it isn´t. Therefore we need to change the approach. But people here only do what they are able to (no accusation, it is normal) - build and build with zero new users staying (and investing). At least you are not draining the DHF.
