My personal encounter using ginger.
Ginger as a flowering plant have proven itself over the years as a powerful medicinal plant.

During the epic of covid-19 I came home from work, trying to relax before heading to kitchen to prepare family dinner. I found out that my breath was cutting ( seizing) I tried using rub at initial time it did not work, I drank hot water it was fair but I was still struggling to breath, fortunately for me there is this tiny dried Ginger in my kitchen, immediately I rushed and wash it and started chewing it before the next five minutes I beginning to feel relieved. And that was the end of that owful experience.

A friend of mine, a medical doctor was suffering from severe cough and cold, have taken medication for over two weeks, the cough and cold that was disturbing her persisted. When I visited her, seeing how bad she was, I recommend that she try ginger.
We grinded ginger and add hot water to it , she started to sip it. For two days we did that, that was how she got herself.
Ginger is a natural drug that is supposed to be kept in our kitchen or in our home always.
Me as a mother I make use of it often because it has proven to be a good home remedy.
