Saludos, como cada semana, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un espacio de reflexión dónde hemos venido hablando de un tema como es la igualdad de género un tópico bastante controversial pues pone entre dicho muchos elementos de forma general, en un mundo donde aún está demarcado la desigualdad entre hombres y mujeres.
Cada vez es más evidente la imperosa necesidad de continuar luchando por la igualdad de hombres y mujeres, pues ambos deben vivir con estereotipos bien demarcados que no son nada ventajosos para ninguno, ya que desvirtúa cualquier acción diferente que se quiera ejecutar, sobre todo si van en pro de romper los roles y estereotipos tradicionales.
Greetings, as every week, today I want to share with you a space for reflection where we have been talking about a topic is about gender equality a very controversial issue because it puts between many elements in a general way, in a world where inequality between men and women is still demarcated.
It is increasingly evident the imperative need to continue fighting for equality between men and women, as both must live with well demarcated stereotypes that are not at all advantageous for either, as it undermines any different action that you want to run, especially if they are in favor of breaking the traditional roles and stereotypes.
Hablar de igualdad en una sociedad injusta es imposible pues los cuestionamientos están a la espera de cualquier acción que vaya dirigida a romper con los viejos paradigmas, desde niños se nos entrena para cumplir patrones previamente establecidos, quien no sea capaz de ello pasará a formar parte del problema.
A los niños, les gustan los carros y el color azul, suelen ser fuertes y no lloran, a las niñas se les trata como princesas y están hechas para las tareas domésticas, estos suelen ser los estereotipos que generalmente plantan los.padres y la sociedad en general,lo que impide que podamos ir en miras de una sociedad justa y equitativa.
Talking about equality in an unjust society is impossible because the questions are waiting for any action aimed at breaking with the old paradigms, since we are trained from childhood to comply with previously established patterns, whoever is not capable of this will become part of the problem.
boys, they like cars and the color blue, they are usually strong and do not cry, girls are treated like princesses and are made for housework, these are usually the stereotypes that are generally planted by parents and society in general, which prevents us from moving towards a fair and equitable society.
El debate sobre cómo los estereotipos tienen consecuencias negativas en los pequeños de la casa lleva años en la mesa, ya que los involucrados en su educación y quienes apuestan a una enseñanza basada en la igualdad, pero realizan intervenciones afianzando los viejos patrones que nada encajan por lo que resulta contradictorio.
Esto impide que se pueda avanzar a conseguir el objetivo final, además a esto se le agrega un ambiente que nos clasifica en todos los aspectos por lo que hemos optado por adaptarnos y seguir viviendo bajo una mentalidad despectiva.
Cabe acotar que pese a las diferentes leyes y campañas por la igualdad el tren avanza lentamente mientras nos alcanza velozmente nuestros perjuicios, entonces la opción más oportuna es atacar desde la infancia los estereotipos, dejar a un lado la asignación a los colores por sexo, evitar la práctica de algún deporte a las niñas y niños y lo más importante comprender que como seres humanos podemos lograr cualquier objetivo, sin importar en nada ser hombre o mujer.
The debate on how stereotypes have negative consequences on the little ones at home has been on the table for years, since those involved in their education and those who bet on an education based on equality, make interventions reinforcing the old patterns that do not fit at all, which is contradictory.

It should be noted that despite the various laws and campaigns for equality, the train moves slowly while our prejudices reach us quickly, so the most appropriate option is to attack stereotypes from childhood, set aside the assignment of colors by sex, avoid the practice of any sport for girls and boys and most importantly understand that as human beings we can achieve any goal, regardless of being a man or a woman.
Los niños en general interiorizan muy pronto el mito de los estereotipos sociales que recalcan a las niñas como vulnerables, mientras los niños son la fuerza en toda su expresión, esto nos impulsa a obtener futuras consecuencias siendo las femeninas la mas afectadas y señaladas.
Estos paradigmas son simplemente autolimitantes y tronchan el futuro de hombres y mujeres en la escogencia de las opciones para su vida.Es por esto que surge la pregunta ¿Es posible cambiarlo? Se podría aseverar que si, pero para ello debemos limitar las expresiones y acciones sobre estos paradigmas, alentar a niños y niñas a romperlos, afianzar el aprendizaje emocional para obtener confianza y poder lidiar con la negativa que podamos recibir.
Hablar de igual es sumamente difícil sin embargo es un paradigma que la sociedad, debe tratar para resolver,sin importar las diferentes posiciones.
