There are a lot of things that are a part of our daily life and the lifestyle that we are living and often those habit slowly become responsible of shaping our daily life in a very extended manner and most of them are actually going to be something that is getting a part of our life just because of our own action but many times it can definitely be something that we pick up even involuntarily and later on they become a part of our life that we can't even let go off even if we know that that is something which we should be dropping off.
Those tiny actions that we make a part of our life on a very frequent basis every single day is something that is a habit which we carry and even the smallest of things such as texting our love ones good morning when we wake up and also getting involved in things that is actually draining or energy along with the fact that something which is actually harmful for our health but it is still something that we do hold on to.
We are aware of the fact that in this particular manner we are involved in a lot of bad habits that are actually having some sort of negative impact in our life but still we are entangled in them in such a manner that getting away from them seems to be really difficult thing to be done and often we are not able to do that as well which is something that we need to be thinking about a particular way using which we can be actually breaking free from that.
There can be a lot of habits if we are thinking about it which is something that we want to be giving up and if that is ask me then I would definitely pick the habit of myself which is of procrastinating. It has been one of those particular habits which I still carry for a really long period of time and even though I know for a pack that it is something which is actually harming me Quite a lot and having a lot of negative aspects attached to it I am still not able to give it up and even when it is happening at that point itself I am not able to get away from it which is something that would definitely love to give up.
It is a particular kind of habit which was something that I didn't want to be as a particular indication of being lazy but slowly it became something that actually got itself involved in many important aspects of my life as well which has actually made me just lose out on a lot of opportunities and also made me ruin a lot of other things which were actually going so well until that particular point. There have been a lot of things that I have actually noticed myself that have been just because of my Procrastination habit and could have been easily avoided, but still, it has been something that has become a very hard thing to give up for me.
It is a bad habit which is pretty much Universal and a lot of people do suffer from it and definitely struggle quite a lot to be finding a solution from it because it is something which often gets it to be a part of our life in a very harmless manner but as long as It stays it can actually impact quite a lot of things because we definitely feel a little bit better while not getting ourselves involved in a particular task even if it is important to be done and apart from that we do want to be getting ourself involved in something that is going to require a little bit of less effort and also is going to serve our dopamine.
One of the worst things about Procrastination is the fact that it is going to be letting us lose out on a lot of opportunities which we could have easily capitalised on and it is going to be those particular opportunities which might never be even coming back again and that is what we fail to realise and even if realise it is often something that we don't get out of because it is always going to be creating a lot of stress for us because we are pushing every deadline tell its very end which could have very easily handled by us but we choose not to because of this habit.
My personal battle with Procrastination has been very long and it was something that used to be even more difficult even in the past but nowadays I have been a little bit better in terms of managing it because it was something that had taught me a lot of difficult lessons which I was a part of and that has post me away from it at least a little bit as there is a lot of stress which you can actually find yourself in just because of delaying something that you could actually do with in time and the guilt of not performing the things in the place which you would have done is really immense.
Many people do implement a lot of strategy is that is actually going to be quiet helpful to be getting away from the habit of procrastination but it comes down to your own personal choice as their can be a lot of strategies which might be helpful for someone else but might not be the one that can actually save you from this and that is why it is very much necessary to be experimenting and trying out all the method which is actually going to be pushing you out of this habit and it is extremely necessary to be done because it can actually steal your life away from you which is something that I have realise myself.
Ultimately there are a few bad habits that are there within myself but this is going to be the first one that I would love to erase from myself when I am given an opportunity and if I can do something that is going to be helping me get away from it in an instant it is going to be always my heartbeat of procrastination because it is not just harmless acid seems but is actually something that is very much negative and can have a lot of impact on us which is something that which should try to stay away from.
