Skills are one of those particular aspects in our life that are going to be immensely helpful in every kind of situation that we find ourselves in because they are going to be the solution to every sort of issue that we find ourselves in and that is why it is often told to be as one of the things that we should be paying attention to and gaining as much of which we can gain within our own self so that we are always prepared for every situation that we may encounter.
But at the same time there are a lot of things that are going to be coming across in terms of learning new kind of skills or the ones that we don't really feel are very important towards and we don't pay much attention to them and it is often going to be a thing that might be a particular situation that we get involved in and we are forced to learn about that and there can be many different experience of gaining skills as well.
One such scale that I never really paid much attention to, and I kind of underestimated it to a very big exten,t until I actually required it, was tomakeg sure that I can be able to just handle everything in terms of the discomfort that I face and simply sit with it. It has always been a thing that I was kind of avoiding in every situation that I was finding it in.
It was my own perception that made me feel that this comfort is an indication of something that is not really right, and my immediate response was tolookg forward to getting some solution figured out in terms of getting rid of it. Immediately, I was involved ina seriest of things that were in terms of actually getting away from that feeling itself, and just letting it stay did not feel like the right thing to be done.
But in the process of getting something done to get it away and find a solution that will not make me feel this way actually got me involved in certain things that made me even more pressurised in certain ways and slowly it meet me feel even words as in certain situations when I was not even able to figure out a way that could actually help me find myself away from the discomfort that I am facing.
Discomfort always felt like something that was a massive problem for me that needs to be immediately fixed and it was also something that never let me focus on any other thing as well which made my complete attention go to it even if I had a lot of other things to deal with and all of this particular way of dealing with that was actually something that was harming me and I did not realise it till a very long period of time but slowly as I acknowledged it things became a little bit different.
Slowly it became something that made me realise that it was a kind of problem which was been created by my own self because of the way I was cheating my sense of this comfort as which is what made me feel that I should be learning away that can actually make me sit with it rather than looking forward towards a way to get it away and at that point of time it was something that was one of the best things that could have been done.
Sitting with discount food is obviously going to be a very great thing to be done as it is not going to be making a feel that it is a massive problem that needs to be solved right away or it is also not going to be making it seem as it as a normal thing to happen but at the same time not getting overwhelmed with the situation and trying to be a little bit not carry away with the situation is something that is very much needed and it is a skill that I have been underestimating for a very long period of time.
There are a lot of things that can't be fixed immediately even if we try to rush them and that is something which we need to understand and there can be even many such situations when we are not maybe even prepared to deal with it and stepping on to them right from the get go they are actually coming into existence might be very tempting but that is something which we should be trying to resist.
Ultimately it is going to be a very underrated skilled to have within our ownself as sitting with this comfort is not something that is talked about quite a lot but surely it can be quite helpful for us if we can have it within our ownself as many such situations will be allot more under our own control or at least we are not going to be feelings about them in our life which is obviously going to be helping us be in a much better environment to deal with them and figure out the way to the solution for it.
