O Allah! I seek your refuge from the punishment of Hell and the grave, the temptation of life and death, and the evil of Christ the Dajjal.

Abdullah bin Abbas narrates that
"The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to teach us this supplication in the same way as he used to teach him the surahs of the Qur'an."

Therefore, this dua must be recited and after that one can recite any dua that is proven by the Qur'an and Sunnah apart from the dua given below.
2️⃣ Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to pray like this in the prayer (in the last Qadaa):
O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave and I seek refuge in You from the temptation of Dajjal and I seek refuge in You from the temptation of death and life. O Allah! I seek Your refuge from sin and debt.
3️⃣ Sayyidna Abu Bakr Siddique RA narrates that I said, O Messenger of Allah! Teach me (someone) a dua to ask in prayer (so that I can recite it after Tahiyat and Durood) so you said! read:
Oh Allah! Undoubtedly, I have wronged my soul too much. And no one can forgive sins except You, so forgive me from Your Lordship and have mercy on me, indeed You are the Forgiving, the Merciful.
