Good rules to keep in mind.
Slow down and breathe. Take time to enjoy life and people.
You do not like your people? Find new people to mingle with.
Weed out the toxic people. Cleanse your palette of negative people. Find a peaceful solitude. Go for a walk.
If you are angry, find one thing, one picture, one scene, one thing you think is beautiful, one thing you love, focus on that picture. Everyday find one more thing you love in the picture, or about the thing. A color a detail a word. Try to grow one more thing that you love. Go slow. Focus on growth of the positive things. Let go of the negative.
