First of all it is so good that you started writing this post and published it.
As it touches some difficult times in your life and the things you are dealing with.
Negative thoughts can be destructive especially when one is stuck in a negative spiral… thinking there is no way out.
Seeing you writing here is a first step in accepting them, knowing about them and trying to fix…
Keep writing, it eases those thoughts… also don’t be afraid to reach out to people, we are here to help… even if it would be just for lending a shoulder /an ear.
It is good you are helping this other person I can fully understand, it does make you see now your own troubles even more though. Try to see it both ways. You are helping that person and yourself… your future self.
Stay strong and do what you can to help, but don’t go too far that you loose yourself.
Try to do each day something for yourself.
Maybe if it is possible go for a walk in nature. Make some dinner you like the most. Just little things that can make you smile. Listen to nice music, a funny movie. Things that made you smile in the past, try to remember those moments how small they may be… make it a little exercise each morning. Little steps that spark positive thoughts.
Sometimes one doesn’t realise more people had or have a challenging time. Believe me… there are many.
Many never talk about it, some do. It is good to talk about it or write about it… so others can react. Keep writing.
