Greetings, I welcome you all to my blog again
It's another Talent Tuesday and Taco Tuesday in this wonderful community and I would be sharing an amazing but unusual fruit drink I made sometime ago.
I call it unusual because of the fruit combinations used. Well I think I will call it smoothie kind of.
The idea just came to my mind, I decided to try it out and the outcome was more than I expected, it was wow. 😅
So join me as I show you I made it.
Ingredients
- Banana - 2 sizeable ones
- Watermelon - 1/6 of a big sized one
- Beetroot - 1 medium sized
- Carrot - 2 sizeable ones
- Greek yogurt - 2 table spoonful. You can use any other yogurt of choice.
- 1/4 glass cup of cold drinking water. Ice cubes can be used in place of the water, if you have some.
Please note:
The quantity of ingredients to use will be based on the quantity you want to prepare.
Method of Preparation
- First wash all the fruits properly.
- Cut the fruits into sizes that can be easily blended.
- After cutting, put all in the blender and allow to blend until semi smooth.
- Next add the yogurt and water.
Allow to blend again until all are well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a cup and enjoy 😋
If you were unable to finish all, you can put it in refrigerator and drink up the next day
I'm sure you will agree with me that this fruit drink is tasty, healthy and highly nutritious considering the type of fruits used.
So that is it about my fruit drink or is it smoothie. Well I don't know.
