Music with meaning
Happy to be sharing with you this motivational Mondays in our FreeCompliments community. What better multiplier of positive energies, than music?
Music is the universal language, encoded in a conglomerate of sounds, available to all tastes, suitable for all occasions, with countless purposes and benefits. When melodies are generous and pleasant, they immediately interconnect and stimulate our brain, with numerous benefits for our mood, our health, and well-being.
Just as we are different, that condition that makes us distinguished, unique, unrepeatable, and incomparable, so are our musical preferences, very particular, and within that peculiarity we can coincide in generalities. An example of this is songs that have become generational hymns because their authors have managed to interconnect with their melody and lyrics to millions of listeners, tempting and caressing our senses through brain stimulation.
When you are coupled with the melody and lyrics of a song, the sublime and ideal space arises, the one that satisfies and compensates you, often the pleasure is so great that you will repeat again and again that song, it will not exhaust you, because its effect on you is pleasurable and beneficial. The music felt and enjoyed can release tension, boost confidence and stimulate motivation, reinforce optimism, dispel fears, generate peace and tranquility. In short, its beneficial effects are innumerable.

However, music also has its not-so-good side, so be careful with musical selections. When they are inappropriate they could generate opposite effects, far away from enjoyment and positivity.
My musical tastes are wide, I am easy to please (in music), I think that diversity is the taste and the melodies in union with their lyrics have no borders, nor expiration dates. For me, music is a great ally in my needs. It has often calmed my storms and whirlwinds, it has stimulated my memory, and it is an elixir that pleases and is available for my needs.
There are songs that catch my attention for their melody, others for their deep lyrics; but the ones I enjoy the most are the ones that have the ideal mix of melody and lyrics, those are very special to me, they are another level.
I have brought for you a selection of three songs, I hope, that will have the motivational effect and good mood for your whole week.
It is an energetic, dynamic song that transpires optimism, joy, and positivity. Its rhythm is contagious and invites you to assimilate that you can always be happy, that it is in you to be happy.
"Stronger" (What Doesn't Kill You) the Kelly Clarkson
It is a powerful song, with a pleasant and very meaningful melody. It carries with it a great message to not give up, to assume the obstacles and vicissitudes of life, and to overcome them. Eventualities that we all face at some point and we must be perseverant and resilient. Likewise, loneliness can be an opportunity when you go to meet yourself, in a positive way to prosper.
This song is an invitation to consider the moments and experiences that are important and significant in our lives. Where to remember is to live again and we must do it to the fullest without wasting anything, always valuing what we have and who or whom we have by our side.
What songs inspire and motivate you? Do you have a special one?
