Today is Monday and we must motivate ourselves so that we manage to direct ourselves with our energies and actions to achieve much, or all of our goals during the week that passes.
This day is generally dreaded by everyone since it is hard for us to return to the routine of work after enjoying two days of rest, however we must relax, be positive and start the week off on the right foot.
On Monday mornings I smile, say good morning and try to show my best face, taking things with good humor, as much as possible I do not stress myself with work, which brings as a consequence a better performance, I talk to my coworkers and ask them how was their weekend, demonstrating with this that they are people that I care about, sometimes I empathize with them sometimes not, but it is the dynamics of the job and I also gain reliability with them by showing that I can understand them and even give them some work advice (sometimes that advice is given to me), face the day to day with joy, share with others without violating each other's space and ask for help when needed are good actions that will help us to work in harmony from Monday to Friday.
I must say that our cell phones are a powerful tool that should be at our service, one of the functions that I like the most about them is the wireless transmission of voice and data through Bluetooth. I bought some wireless headphones that connect to the Bluetooth of the phone, where I previously stored the music I like, I made a playlist of some of them and I listen to it on the way to work, that music is considered as my rhythm, and the rhythm motivates us to start the week on the right foot.

I confess that in intervals during work hours I also listen to the playlist to motivate me, only what is necessary, without disturbing my coworkers who may not share my musical tastes, (that's why I use wireless headphones), and without this fact distracting me from my daily responsibilities.
Monday is a day to plan to set goals to accomplish during the week, if we do this we will surely focus on doing the important tasks that will allow us to achieve our main goals for the week, and if they are not achieved we can correct our actions so that the following Monday our planning will be more effective.
An always healthy tip for everyone is to arrive early to work or to comply with the work schedule, (this applies not only on Mondays, it applies all week), this shows constancy and discipline; it avoids doing work in a hurry (to make up for lost time), it shows that we are true professionals, and we increase our credibility.
