I just imagined how Hive itself will be if HIVE or HBD tokens can be sent to non-existent Hive "accounts", and then anyone can create such Hive accounts with such usernames to claim them. 💸🤯😱 At least, Hive itself does not have such problem, only #HiveEngine though. 😅
